• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Ferikart reserves the right to correct pricing errors or update product details at any time before order confirmation.
• In the event of a pricing error on an ordered item, we will notify you before dispatch and offer the choice to reconfirm or cancel the order.

• Doorstep inspection is conducted in the presence of our authorized delivery representative.
• You may inspect fabric touch, feel, and color matching against your home furniture.
• Items inspected must remain free from dirt, stains, moisture, or damage during the trial.
• If you choose not to accept an item during doorstep trial, it will be returned immediately with zero hassle.

We partner with premier logistics providers to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery across India.

4.1 Delivery Verification

Upon delivery, you will receive a single-use verification PIN via SMS/Email to verify shipment arrival. Please inspect the outer package seal prior to accepting delivery.

We stand behind the quality of our home furnishings. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.

5.1 Return Eligibility Criteria

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original pristine condition.
• Original tags, brand packaging, fabric labels, and purchase receipt must be intact.
• Custom-tailored or clearance sale items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

5.2 Refund Processing

Once returned items pass quality inspection at our warehouse (typically 24-48 hours from pickup), refunds are processed as follows:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards/Net Banking): Refund credited back to original payment source within 3-5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund transferred to your verified bank account or Ferikart wallet within 24 hours.
