How do I request a return or exchange?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery from your "My Orders" page. Pickups are scheduled at your doorstep within 24-48 hours.
When will my refund be processed?

Refunds are processed within 24 hours after the returned product passes quality inspection at our center. Prepaid orders are credited back to original payment methods in 3-5 business days.
